We manufacture a wide range of standard and non-standard poly wafer segment brushes designed to fit your machinery perfectly. All our dimensions are tracked in millimetres (mm) to ensure total accuracy.

To get started on your order or quote, we typically require five core specifications from your equipment setup:

Outer Diameter: The overall diameter of the brush, measured from the outer edge of the bristle across the centre.
Inner Diameter: The inside diameter of the metal ring, which determines the mounting size for your machine.
Number of Pins: The locating pin that ensures correct, secure alignment on your machine.
Type of Bristle: The size determines the stiffness of the bristle.
Convoluted or flat: Poly wafer shape.
